We blend our own organic dried heirloom apples--Pink Pearl (so pretty!) Golden Delicious, Strawberry Parfait, Rome Beauty, Gravenstein—and more—with our slightly spicy blend of Aleppo pepper, coriander, and lime.

Inspired by our team's harvest snack of apples and Tajin, we created this salt and sugar-free snack using a blend of spices from our favorite local spice shop. 

These delicious apples are sugar-free. We never use sulfur or any preservatives in our snacks.

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.

Delicious & spicy

I love spicy food and dried apples. I didn't know what kind of heat to expect since the description is vague. It's a nice heat that sneaks up on you but does not overwhelm the apples. Definitely buying more of these!
