Citrus Gems

Garnish drinks, cheeses, charcuterie boards, and any snack that could use a punch of citrus. Our gems are locally sourced from neighboring farms and freshly dried in our own kitchens to ensure we capture the purest, richest flavors. 

We never use sulfur or preservatives. California-grown bergamot oranges, Valencia oranges, Meyer lemons, blood oranges, tangerines and limes are slow-dried to ensure a clean zest and vibrant colors.
