Shipping + Returns
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders typically ship within 1–3 days of being placed.
Shipping rates: orders over $300 ship free to the continental US. For orders under $300, shipping is a flat $9.95 to the continental US and $15.95 to Alaska and Hawaii. We ship within the United States only.
Address changes: if your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out right away and we'll do our best to update your delivery address. Once it's on the way, we're not able to make changes, so please double-check your address before placing your order. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned or re-routed, we'll need to charge for shipping again before we can resend it.
Returns
As a food producer, we don't accept returns—but we do want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
Damaged items: we want you to receive perfect treats! If anything arrives broken or damaged, send us a quick photo and we'll get a replacement out to you right away. Email us at hello@littleappletreats.com.
Farm pickup orders: farm pickup orders are final sale. If your plans change before your pickup window closes, we're happy to ship your order to you instead—just reach out. After 30 days from your pickup notification, we're no longer able to hold your order or make alternative arrangements.
