An easy summer salad that will keep you cool as a cucumber! Makes enough for about 8 people, increase as needed. Ingredients: 2 cucumbers 1 red onion ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup water 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Instructions: Add vinegar water, sugar, salt, and pepper to a bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Thinly slice cucumbers and onions and add to bowl. Toss and refrigerate until ready to serve. A little time to sit only adds to the flavor! Want to add something extra?
