Green Tea with Turmeric and Apple Cider Vinegar

As we head into cold season - for both the weather and our immune systems - there is nothing like a good warm healing tea and this one checks all the boxes. Green tea, turmeric, honey, and ACV!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 bag of green tea
- 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced (or 1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric)

1/2 tablespoon Ginger Limeade Shrub
- 1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar
- Dash of black pepper (helps the body absorb the turmeric)
Directions
Add boiling water to a mug with your green tea and turmeric. Steep for 3 minutes or the time recommended by the brand of tea you are using. Take the tea bag out after this time and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
