When we create our POG flavor, we knew we needed to work with Phaedra at FloraLuna on some cocktail recipes. Her bitters and syrups are so delicious and quality - perfect for pairing with our shrubs.
Phaedra dreamt this cocktail up in honor of Women's History Month and we will be sipping on it all summer long.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- .75 oz FloraLuna Cardamom Clove Syrup
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice

.25 oz our Passionfruit, Blood Orange, Guava Shrub
- 3 drops FloraLuna Cayenne Ginger Bitters
- 1 spray Orange Blossom Water or a Citrus Gem to finish
Directions
Add ice and all ingredients (except orange water) into a shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coup or over a large ice cube into a rocks glass. Finish with orange blossom water spray and fresh flower garnish.
